Consultation

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good match. I can also answer any questions or concerns you may have. I am also available via email, if that is your preferred method of communication.

If you decide that I am the person you would like to work with then we will schedule your intake session. Though if you are not prepared during the consultation to schedule your intake, please know you are welcome to contact me later to ask about my availability.

Prior to the intake session you will receive an email with a link to my portal and required digital forms. Please complete the paperwork at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

During the intake session we will go over some of the paperwork, some of your life history, and explore goals for therapy.

Sessions are virtual.

Payment Options

No sliding scale spots are available at this time.

I do not accept insurance and that means that I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a “superbill”, which does contain treatment codes, that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Whether or not the insurance company provides any reimbursement will depend on your plan and benefits.

Cancellations/ No Show Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you will not be able to make it to an appointment. If notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours from the appointment or you do not show, a fee of 50% of your session cost will be charged to your card on file.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
